Acceptance of terms
By creating an account you confirm you have the right to store applicant data and will use JobEazy in compliance with relevant laws. We may update these terms over time; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the job application information you import or create. You must obtain consent from candidates before storing their personal data and must respect deletion/export requests.
Service availability
JobEazy is provided as-is without guaranteed uptime. We endeavour to maintain reasonable availability and notify you of planned downtime.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or compliance breaches caused by improper use. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months (currently zero during beta).
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these terms or compromise platform security. Upon termination we will delete stored data within 30 days unless legal obligations require retention.
